Fix libgfortran for NaCl. This change should probably be pushed upstream: POSIX says that if getcwd fails it should return NULL. But in NaCl case it ALWAYS fail. Patch courtesy of Alexander Vodomerov. [email protected] Review URL: http://codereview.chromium.org/8437050
