  "message": "[VS Addin] Disable PPAPI linking test except on VS2012\n\nThe pre-compiled libraries (specifically ppapi_cpp.lib)\nthat we ship are only compiled with VS2012 so this test\nwill fail on 2010 due to library incompatability.
