Clean up PR

- Rename tables to sv-g0.utb, sv-g1.ctb and sv-g2.ctb
- Change DOS line endings to Unix
- Fix/add metadata
- Update extra/generate-display-names/display-names
- Combine all tests in a single file sv.yaml and add header with
  copyright information and references to official documentation
- Rearrange rules to fix translation of spaces
- List new files in Makefiles
- Remove old Se-Se-g1.utb table
- Add NEWS entry
- Add Insyn Scandinavia to AUTHORS
