Slight refactoring to make it more understandable

- Named the files generated as multiple html pages accordingly
- Use CLEANFILES as intended
- name the directory where the the multiple html pages are placed
  'multipage' instead of 'liblouis'
- drop some GNUMakeisms in the target to generate multiple html pages
  by simply hardcoding the path (instead of using $(dir $@))
