  "message": "Creating patch files using git format-patch\n\nThe patch files that we use to pull in upstream shim changes are not\nwell formatted, and their origin cannot be easily determined without\nadditional context.  This new set of patch files has been generated\nusing git format-patch, ensuring that upstream origin is clearly\nidentifiable for each.\n\nThe Dockerfile is updated to utilize the new patch file names.
