  "message": "Add support for \"local\" subdirectory of sysroot\n\nAutomatically add `sysroot/local/include` and `sysroot/local/lib` to the\ninclude and library path.\n\nAlso, use this new local subdirectory by default in emscripten by\npassing `--prefix\u003d\u003csysroot\u003e/local`.  This should make `emconfigure +\nmake install` work out of the box.\n\nAlso, add `sysroot/lib` to the library path which allows libraries\ninstalled via `./configure --prefix\u003d\u003csysroot\u003e` and then `make install`\nto be found automativally.\n\nFixes: #13753\n",
