  "message": "[material_ui] Set up `gen_defaults` sub-directory (#11762)\n\nWork towards https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/186906\n\nAdds the initial `gen_defaults` sub-directory with the initial\n`TokenTemplate` and generator.
