NFC (#27928)\n\nPreviously, at `-O3`/`-Os`/`-Oz` (`expensive_optimizations`),\n`minify_wasm_js` invoked `acorn-optimizer.mjs` up to four separate times\nto parse and reprint JS:\n1. Pre-`metadce` (`AJSDCE`, `stripDefaultUndefined`,\n`--minify-whitespace`)\n2. Inside `metadce` (`applyDCEGraphRemovals`, `--minify-whitespace`)\n3. Post-`metadce` (`AJSDCE`, `--minify-whitespace`)\n4. Inside `minify_wasm_imports_and_exports`\n(`applyImportAndExportNameChanges`, `--minify-whitespace`)\n\nHave `metadce` and `minify_wasm_imports_and_exports` return their\nremoval/renaming metadata instead of invoking `acorn_optimizer`\ndirectly, and consolidate `applyDCEGraphRemovals`, post-`metadce`\n`AJSDCE`, `applyImportAndExportNameChanges`, `stripDefaultUndefined`,\nand `--minify-whitespace` into a single final `acorn_optimizer` pass.\n\nSplit out from #27926",
