Use the `windowed fit` scoring by default.

The developer page's Score profile popup was never read, so runs always used the
default profile. It also saved the string "undefined" to localStorage, which made
the popup appear blank once restored. Handle <select> elements when reading and
restoring options, skip saving undefined values, and only restore a saved value
that matches one of the options.

Have ScoreCalculator start from the run's selected profile, so non-ramp
controllers also report and score with the chosen profile.
