  "message": "SPIR-V spec constant tests for separate compilation and linking (#2774)\n\nTests for SPIR-V specialization constants with separate compilation and\nlinking.\n\nThese tests check for two conditiona:\n\n1. The specialization constant value that is used is the value that was\nset when the program was not compiled, not when the program was linked.\n2. If two programs are compiled and linked with the same specialization\nconstant ID, a different specialization constant may be set for each\nprogram object.\n\nThis is the new test:\n\n[run-test: test_spirv_new op_spec_constant_compile_link]\n\nThese tests were refactored slightly:\n\n[run-test: test_spirv_new op_spec_constant* linkage*]\n\nAlso added new tests that set a specialization constant and either build\nthe program object twice or compile the program object twice, ensuring\nthat the updated specialization constant is used for the second compile.\n\n[run-test: test_spirv_new op_spec_constant_build_twice]\n[run-test: test_spirv_new op_spec_constant_compile_twice]\n\n---------\n\nCo-authored-by: Romaric Jodin \u003crjodin@chromium.org\u003e",
