| A note for //content-based embedders of this component: |

| //content-based embedders should use the SafeBrowsingBlockingPage, |
| SafeBrowsingUIManager, and SafeBrowsingNavigationThrottle classes. |
| BaseBlockingPage and BaseUIManager exist for Android WebView and should not be |
| used further (crbug.com/1234027). |
