CHERRY-PICK: elog: Add missing event log definitions for recovery reasons

There were some new EC software sync recovery reasons that were
added after the initial logging support in mosys.

Some of more obscurely defined messages (RO_INVALID_RW_CHECK_*)
are now decoded properly.

TEST=run FAFT on samus, check for missing recovery reasons in
the ouput of 'mosys eventlog list'
