hps: remove obsolete OWNERS None of the old owners for HPS are still with us, so add a few new ~~victims~~ volunteers who have at least some idea of how the whole system is put together. The ChromiumOS Human Presence Sensor is a hardware peripheral which can detect the presence of one or more humans in front of the Chromebook.
This repository contains source code for the firmware which runs on the peripheral.
