Add additional logging to changes of bool properties

Since there were issues with the taptoclick property not being set
correctly without any clue as to why this is happening, we are adding
additional logging  to all levels of the stack.
This additional logging is added to inputcontrol, xf86-input-cmt and
gestures.

BUG=chromium:374867
TEST=change tap to click and check /var/log/messages as well as
/var/log/xorg/Xorg.0.log for log messages
