[chrome-devtools-frontend] Work around presence of superfluous "trunk" dir
Some of Blink branches accidentally have a "trunk" top-level dir
that contains entire copy of the source code. This confuses the
uploader script, as it discovers two copies of "devtools.gyp".
Just ignore this directory instead.
