Remove libudev0 support It has been almost a decade since libudev0 stopped being a runtime dependency. Stats show nobody is dynamically loading libudev0, except some PCLinuxOS installs that could install libudev1 but did not. Since all modern Linux distros have libudev1, stop dynamically loading libudev0, as a stepping stone towards making libudev1 a runtime dependency.
