Symphonia\u0027s MP3 decoder failed to decode silent frames that had\n part2_3_length set to 0 for some channels/granules. It checked for\n valid offset in the bit reservoir even when 0 bits were requested,\n causing \"invalid main_data offset\" errors when the reservoir was\n exactly exhausted at granule boundaries. This is fixed by applying\n upstream patch PR #528 via gnrt in\n third_party/rust/chromium_crates_io/patches/.\n2. SymphoniaAudioDecoder (C++) swallowed all decode errors if the\n returned Rust buffer was empty. This caused the decoder to report\n success (kOk) even when decoding failed, leading to skipped frames\n and timestamp drift. This is fixed by returning the error status\n early, except for UnexpectedEndOfStream which is tolerated as EOF.\n\nTo support tolerating EOF errors in Vorbis decoder (which returns\nIoError of kind Other with \"unexpected end of bitstream\" message at the\nend of WebM streams), we map this specific error to\nUnexpectedEndOfStream in the Rust FFI glue.\n\nWe also add an integration test case using the problematic\n\u0027silent-section.mp3\u0027 file to verify that the entire file decodes\nsuccessfully and yields the expected number of frames.\n\nFinally, we refactor audio_decoder_unittest.cc to share a unified\nkCommonTestParams array between FFmpeg and Symphonia decoders.
