PLS: implicitly disable during various WebGL calls.

In crrev.com/c/7617445 , the underlying ANGLE Pixel Local Storage
spec was revised to state that PLS is implicitly disabled during
operations which end the current render pass. In follow-on
discussions, it was determined that the following API calls should
implicitly end PLS:

 beginTransformFeedback
 bindFramebuffer
 blitFramebuffer
 copyTexImage2D
 copyTexSubImage*
 drawBuffers
 framebufferRenderbuffer
 framebufferTexture*
 invalidateFramebuffer
 invalidateSubFramebuffer
 readPixels

While ANGLE has already been revised to internally implicitly
disable PLS during these calls, there might be situations where
WebGL-level validation aborts the API call before calling into the
GPU process. It's still desired to disable PLS in these situations
to obey the contract of the PLS API, so these implicit-disables are
being initiated from the renderer process as well.

Bug: angleproject:40096838
Change-Id: I4c472824620a378e5fbeb7f3b9ea170fc7d2dc18
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/8077279
Commit-Queue: Kenneth Russell <kbr@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: Kai Ninomiya <kainino@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1660683}
NOKEYCHECK=True
GitOrigin-RevId: f0baab054499a41d8a08136495f27b1e3aca2587

serial: Prevent duplicate connection events across V8 worlds

This CL introduces a world-isolated `SerialConnectionEvent` class to
prevent duplicate WebSerial 'connect' and 'disconnect' events from
firing across V8 worlds when the `WebSerialWorldIsolatedCache` feature
is enabled.

When a port connection state changes, the events are now created using
`SerialConnectionEvent` tied to the originating `DOMWrapperWorld`. This
ensures that even though the events bubble to the shared frame-level
`Serial` object, their dispatch is properly filtered at the V8 binding
boundary by `CanBeDispatchedInWorld`, preventing events from leaking
into or duplicating across other worlds (such as extensions or the
page's main world).

This fix brings Web Serial into alignment with the existing
world-isolation security and correctness models implemented for WebHID
and WebUSB.

BUG=532206367

Change-Id: I670f4fbd7f64fc590f873a242f27d3ed1a00272f
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/8068239
Reviewed-by: Matt Reynolds <mattreynolds@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Alvin Ji <alvinji@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1660652}
NOKEYCHECK=True
GitOrigin-RevId: 86ba51eecb8af173a74866ff67115b6c6edb65fa

Schedule automatic text track selection after pending media events

ScheduleTextTrackResourceLoad() drove "honor user preferences for
automatic text track selection" from load_timer_, which runs on
TaskType::kInternalMedia. That task source fires ahead of
TaskType::kMediaElementEvent (used by async_event_queue_), so text track
selection could run before media events already queued on the element
(e.g. 'play'). The HTML spec requires this step to be a macro task that
does not preempt pending media events.

Post the selection directly to the kMediaElementEvent task runner so it
is ordered behind any already-queued media events, and stop driving it
from LoadTimerFired().

Because the selection now runs after LoadInternal() snapshots
text_tracks_when_resource_selection_began_, a default track it enables
would be missing from that snapshot, so TextTracksAreReady() would no
longer block HAVE_ENOUGH_DATA and autoplay could fire before the track's
VTT loads. TextTrackModeChanged() now adds such a track back to the
snapshot while the element is still before HAVE_ENOUGH_DATA.

After moving automatic text track selection off load_timer_ onto the
kMediaElementEvent task source, the kLoadTextTrackResource flag is no
longer set or read. Drop the dead enumerator.

Bug: 40780957
Change-Id: Iead6e1574ce41140fe636ff325077dde02b7c904
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/8005418
Reviewed-by: Dale Curtis <dalecurtis@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Javier Fernandez <jfernandez@igalia.com>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1660565}
NOKEYCHECK=True
GitOrigin-RevId: a20f8b3f6e54362b0fd8bb8af643470208aac949

[WebAudio] Fix AudioContext suspend/resume crash in bypass mode (2)

This CL fixes a race condition in WebAudio bypass output buffering mode
where the audio thread blocks indefinitely in WaitMany during a rapid
suspend/resume (Pause/Resume) cycle.

When the destination is paused and immediately resumed:
1. An in-flight Render callback on the audio thread posts a task
 to the worklet task runner with session ID S.
2. The main thread calls Pause(), signaling the stop event and
 incrementing the session ID to S+1.
3. The main thread calls Resume(), resetting the stop event and
 incrementing the session ID to S+2.
4. The audio thread enters WaitMany(). Since the stop event has been
 reset, it blocks.
5. The worklet thread runs the task with session ID S. Due to the
 session ID mismatch (S != S+2), the task is discarded early
 without signaling output_buffer_bypass_wait_event_.
6. The audio thread blocks indefinitely (thread leak), which later
 triggers a CHECK crash when the leaked thread wakes up on a
 subsequent event or new threads face empty FIFOs.

This CL fixes the issue by:
1. Making state_change_underrun_in_bypass_mode_ atomic.
2. Resetting state_change_underrun_in_bypass_mode_ to false at the
 start of Render()'s bypass path.
3. Ensuring RequestRenderWait always signals the wait event and
 sets state_change_underrun_in_bypass_mode_ to true when tasks
 are discarded early due to session ID mismatch.

We also add a deterministic unit test and verified the fix by
running the provided reproduction case multiple times locally
without experiencing any crashes.

BUG=528653884
TAG=agy
CONV=4b07639d-7a82-4046-8a9d-286dc6fff7df

Change-Id: Ic7860b9101a3789f13ba937cabe44809fb5a9761
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/8075340
Reviewed-by: Mahesh Kannan <kmaheshb@google.com>
Commit-Queue: Hongchan Choi <hongchan@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1660557}
NOKEYCHECK=True
GitOrigin-RevId: 643f049b34e95bd4b7045101220a4eef7cfde2a5

Resolve text fragments iteratively to avoid stack overflow

TextFragmentFinder matches each part of a directive in a completion
callback that starts the next match, so resolving a directive recurses
one level per step, and again every time a match is rejected for not
meeting a word-boundary requirement. Inputs that force a lot of prefix
backtracking, like text=a,-thin, can drive that recursion deep enough
to overflow the stack and crash the renderer.

The steps now run as an explicit state machine. A single driver loop
advances through the states, and each completion callback records its
result and returns instead of calling into the next step, so the
per-step recursion is gone and the call depth no longer grows with the
input.

Word-boundary checking is now handled during the FindBuffer search,
gated by find options (RequireWordBoundedStart, RequireWordBoundedEnd),
so TextFragmentFinder only receives matches that satisfy the
directive's boundary requirements. It no longer has to reject a match
and search again, removing the other recursive path.

Moving the boundary check onto FindBuffer's flattened text also
corrects matching across inline element boundaries. The old per-node
check treated a node boundary as a word boundary, so "o" matched as a
whole word in "foo". It no longer does (crbug.com/924965).

This patch also addresses the overlapping matches issue described in
crbug.com/526182975. FindBuffer::SelectMatch now advances the next
search start by one character rather than by the full match length,
so overlapping matches are not skipped. This falls naturally out of the
stack overflow fix because the search progression has moved into
FindBuffer, so I did not split it into a separate CL.

New tests in text_fragment_finder_test.cc cover the overlapping
match case and the inline node boundary case.

Fixed: 526074800, 526182975
Change-Id: I4f92ebdb8435feb4ccc93c7b76da8e5e7ef38f58
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/7977239
Commit-Queue: David Bokan <bokan@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: Vladimir Levin <vmpstr@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: David Bokan <bokan@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1660553}
NOKEYCHECK=True
GitOrigin-RevId: 62e15c9a3b5f74cd96faa19ca0df77e79e8d4168

[APC] Gate actor interaction-disallowed target rejection

Add kGlicActorRejectInteractionDisallowedTargets to guard non-disabled
Blink WebElement interaction-disallowed checks during normal actor click
and type validation.

The renderer always rejects disabled controls. This now includes
coordinate-based type targets during actor validation; previously only
DOM-node type targets had the early disabled-control check, while
coordinate targets continued to Blink event dispatch.

When the flag is enabled, normal click and type validation also reject
native interaction-disallowed states such as inert subtrees, missing
layout, or pointer-events:none.

Legacy click and type dispatch skip ARIA checks, so aria-disabled,
aria-hidden, and presentational roles do not block actions that the DOM
event path still accepts.

Occluded direct activation and accessibility-style clicks opt into ARIA
checks because they bypass normal DOM-event hit testing.
[canvas-a11y] Perform OCR to make canvas accessible.

This CL implements automated OCR-based accessibility annotations for
HTML canvas elements. This ensures assistive technology (such as screen
readers) can read text drawn on page canvas elements that lack
accessibility fallback layout trees or Aria descriptions.

Key changes:
- Blink: Enforce OCR scheduling inside HTMLCanvasAccessibilityManager
 when the canvas is determined to need accessibility support. Dirties
 the accessibility object to request annotation updates.
- Blink: Exposed `CanvasNeedsOCR()` / `ClearCanvasNeedsOCR()` from
 HTMLCanvasElement / AXNodeObject through the exported WebAXObject
 interface.
- Core: Added `AXCanvasAnnotator` under AXAnnotatorsManager in the
 content renderer to listen to canvas updates, extract SkBitmap canvas
 contents, and bind to the Screen AI OCR service.
- Optimization: AXCanvasAnnotator tracks the pending status of canvas
 OCR requests to ignore duplicate in-flight requests and caches empty
 results for blank canvases. This prevents redundancies and unnecessary
 IPCs.
- Mojo: Registered `kCanvas` to `OcrClientType` in the Screen AI service
 interface, and mapped it to metrics under
 tools/metrics/histograms/metadata/accessibility/enums.xml.
- Testing: Added unit tests validating the OCR trigger, timer
 rescheduling, and dynamic accessibility activation scenarios.

NO_IFTTT=OcrClientTypeForMetrics is updated in both places.

Bug: 498093320
Change-Id: I243084558034046a7c72014eda42b3e13103e244
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/8018664
Reviewed-by: Lucas Radaelli <lucasradaelli@google.com>
Reviewed-by: Arthur Sonzogni <arthursonzogni@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: Evan Liu <evliu@google.com>
Commit-Queue: Ramin Halavati <rhalavati@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: Justin Novosad <junov@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1660194}
NOKEYCHECK=True
GitOrigin-RevId: dfb2f5572a50609dfc9b5dfc56429cc218c16d45

[webgpu] Make sure that GpuControlClient usage is thread-safe.

- In the bug below, it's proposed that a race with SetGpuControlClient
 and indirect uses of it via the CommandBufferClientMessageFilter
 could cause a UAF. In the nominal usage, this is actually not
 possible because in nominal teardown, SetGpuControlClient is
 called when ImplementationBase is destroyed. This happens when
 classes such as WebGPUInterface is destroyed. WebGPUInterface
 is destroyed when it's owner, ContextProviderCommandBuffer is
 destroyed. ContextProviderCommandBuffer's destructor. however,
 explicitly calls shutdown procedures for the proxy which already
 acquires the proxy_lock_ and nulls out possible usages of it on
 the IO thread.
- To address the bug, we promote the existing last_state_lock_ to
 a more generalized shared_state_lock_ that we can then use to
 guarantee atomic operations across the GpuControlClient.
- With the new lock, we now require the WebGPU uncaptured error
 callback, which is always a spontaneous callback, to
 unconditionally post its callback back to the main thread to
 avoid deadlocking when it tries to call DispatchEvent.
- We also add relevant threading annotations to the lock as a
 part of modernizing the code a bit.
- One potential production edge case this change solves is when
 ContextProviderCommandBuffer::BindToCurrentSequeunce fails,
 thereby setting bind_tried_ and bind_result_ to non-success
 values and causing us to skip the shutdown procedures in
 ~ContextProviderCommandBuffer.

Bug: 521662708
Change-Id: I599ba3191cc08395abc120bbcc3493feec847893
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/7953663
Reviewed-by: Sunny Sachanandani <sunnyps@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Loko Kung <lokokung@google.com>
Auto-Submit: Loko Kung <lokokung@google.com>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1660066}
NOKEYCHECK=True
GitOrigin-RevId: f8cee0861024c0cba0b5a77a8887c05fa278e282
"
