DawnCachingInterfaceFactory: Implements OnUpdateMemoryLimit() and
OnReleaseMemory(), forwarding limit adjustments across all registered
MemoryCache backends.

2. MemoryCache: Introduces dynamic size_limit_ tracking.
[gpu] Safely handle in-process SharedImageInterface teardown

This CL prevents potential use-after-free issues associated with the
destruction of SharedImageInterfaceInProcess (SIIIP), which may occur
when UseStrongRefToSharedImageInterface is enabled in the future.

Previously, when objects that manage SIIIP (i.e. InProcessCommandBuffer,
SharedImageInterfaceProvider, and GmbVideoFramePoolContext) are
destructed, they all trigger the destruction of SIIIP (by releasing the
scoped_refptr to SIIIP) before destroying the task sequence. However,
with UseStrongRefToSharedImageInterface enabled, the strong ref in
ClientSharedImage could keep SIIIP alive until after the task sequence's
destruction. This would cause a crash at SIIIP's destruction later when
SIIIP uses the already-invalidated task sequence reference.

This CL moves the ownership of the task sequence from the manager object
into SIIIP, so that the task sequence will not get invalidated
prematurely. The change is a prerequisite for enabling the
UseStrongRefToSharedImageInterface feature.

Bug: 40286368
Change-Id: Ib641fa326489cc0461b7b9d3365fe07cfbfa81d6
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/8254424
Commit-Queue: Mingjing Zhang <mjzhang@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: Vasiliy Telezhnikov <vasilyt@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1683457}
NOKEYCHECK=True
GitOrigin-RevId: 4b3e281393b8cce41eedc0c6ac66de2a739121f1
"

On OnUpdateMemoryLimit(), it scales its
effective limit to std::max(total_size_, target_limit) without evicting
entries. When enabled:

- ClientSharedImage automatically manages generation, storage, and dependency waiting for SyncTokens internally using a map keyed by sequence ID (SyncPointClientId -> SyncToken). Only the latest SyncToken on each sequence is tracked.

- SyncTokens passed from clients into ClientSharedImage are ignored; SyncTokens returned to clients become empty. This effectively renders the clients' manual SyncToken management no-op, allowing existing client call sites to remain unchanged during the migration.

Note that this CL only partially implements the changes required for the
UseAutomaticSyncTokenManagement feature, and therefore the feature
cannot be enabled at this point.

Bug: 40286368
Change-Id: Ib003af3f2e9c93a6987427112b0fd1bd04fde490
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/8105896
Reviewed-by: Vasiliy Telezhnikov <vasilyt@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Mingjing Zhang <mjzhang@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1680970}
NOKEYCHECK=True
GitOrigin-RevId: e27cc593bfb65ae06c4dc9c8e4f2d166f191a6dc
"

I'm only guessing they are important based on
  the similar comments that said they write into JS-visible memory
  (which is how I stumbled on them).

Tests:
- raster_implementation_unittest tests generated using Gemini, but
  manually verified that each of the four tests fails when the fix it
  targets is reverted (e.g. see how the first three were tested in
  patchset 4: https://crrev.com/c/8255469/4).
  - Manual drive-by fix some of the initialization sites of
    MockTransferBuffer::ExpectedMemoryInfo, so that the spanified form
    can be used instead of raw pointers in the new test.
- content/test/data/gpu/webcodecs/copyTo.html test also generated using
  Gemini, but manually verified that it hits the bug in
  RasterImplementation::ReadbackImagePixelsINTERNAL. It doesn't seem to
  hit any of the others on my device (Pixel 3).
- WPT test for copyTo() on VideoFrames that are CPU-backed (which was
  already fine) and texture-backed (which is what this fixes).
  Unfortunately this test does not seem to catch the issue on CQ, but
  the texture-backed one does at least catch it locally on my Mac.

Fixed: 543707066
Change-Id: Iea2e75cdb75175f250ab5472a22c2f46819e6e84
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/8255469
Reviewed-by: Eugene Zemtsov <eugene@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Kai Ninomiya <kainino@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1680958}
NOKEYCHECK=True
GitOrigin-RevId: b261e1ba70cebb48b58560978af8a5978befe37e

Use EnsureFlush in CommandBufferProxyImpl::DisconnectChannel

During browser teardown on ChromeOS, destroying
`ContextProviderCommandBuffer` calls
`CommandBufferProxyImpl::DisconnectChannel()`, which invoked
`channel_->VerifyFlush(UINT32_MAX)` immediately followed by
`channel_->GetGpuChannel().DestroyCommandBuffer(route_id_)`.

When `kConditionallySkipGpuChannelFlush` is disabled (or controlled by
Finch experiment configs), VerifyFlush(UINT32_MAX) executes a
synchronous Mojo IPC `GetGpuChannel().Flush() => ()`. If the GPU process
is unresponsive or shutting down during browser teardown, this
synchronous `Flush()` call blocks until ChromeOS's shutdown watchdog
timer terminates Chrome, producing
[Shutdown hang] gpu::GpuChannelHost::VerifyFlush (Bug 534083209).

Relying on Finch feature flag defaults is insufficient because Finch
serverconfigs or command-line flags can disable
`kConditionallySkipGpuChannelFlush`.

This CL fixes the issue directly in
`CommandBufferProxyImpl::DisconnectChannel()` byreplacing
`VerifyFlush(UINT32_MAX)` with `EnsureFlush(UINT32_MAX)`:
1. `EnsureFlush(UINT32_MAX)` calls `InternalFlush(UINT32_MAX)`, which
   queues all pending deferred requests (`FlushDeferredRequests`) onto
   the GpuChannel Mojo pipe.
2. `DestroyCommandBuffer(route_id_)` is sent immediately after on the
   exact same GpuChannel Mojo pipe. Because Mojo guarantees FIFO message
   ordering on a pipe, the GPU service processes `FlushDeferredRequests`
   before `DestroyCommandBuffer`.
3. `DestroyCommandBuffer` is already a [Sync, NoInterrupt] Mojo IPC.
   When it returns, the GPU service has processed all preceding messages
   up to `DestroyCommandBuffer`.
4. Calling `VerifyFlush()` before `DestroyCommandBuffer()` issued two
   back-to-back synchronous IPCs (`Flush` followed by
   `DestroyCommandBuffer`), where `Flush()` wascompletely redundant.
   Using `EnsureFlush()` flushes queued messages without issuing
   the redundant synchronous `Flush()` IPC.

Test expectations update rationale:
- Actual flushing of commands and ordering barriers in unit tests
  continues to be verified by `EXPECT_CALL(mock_gpu_channel_,
  FlushDeferredRequests(...))`, which remains intact.
- The removed `ExpectFlush()` calls at the end of unit tests were merely
  asserting the side-effect of `DisconnectChannel()` sending a redundant
  synchronous `Flush()` IPC during object destruction. Since
  `DisconnectChannel()` now uses `EnsureFlush()`, those teardown-only
  side-effect checks are obsolete and removed.
- Added unit test `DisconnectChannelDoesNotIssueSyncFlush` to verify
  `DisconnectChannel()` does not issue synchronous Flush() IPCs even
  when `kConditionallySkipGpuChannelFlush` is disabled.

Bug: 534083209
Change-Id: I6874d3a03f73995eebc02430a10ad4046a6a6964
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/8194164
Auto-Submit: Gregg Tavares <gman@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: vikas soni <vikassoni@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: vikas soni <vikassoni@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1678010}
NOKEYCHECK=True
GitOrigin-RevId: b549e34ab310258f3c5f768a47ff595fbe4d1ecb

[mojolpm] Add Handling for Fixed-Size Arrays in MojoLPM

Currently, when building and running fuzzers with fixed size arrays, we
run into warnings expecting a certain length array from the input
protos. This is due to how arrays are represented in mojom with repeated
fields. Because of this, we can't set a determined number of elements in
the field.

To get around this, this CL changes the structure of the proto generated
by MojoLPM to create required fields for however many elements are
needed for a fixed-size array, as opposed to using a repeated field for
the array. Because of this, the change also modifies the
`layer_context_impl` mojolpm fuzzer to remove manual proto-building
techniques used to get around this limitation, and modifies the
`shared_image_stub` mojolpm fuzzer seed corpus to reflect the changes
made to how fixed-size arrays are represented. The changes made in this
CL also modify `layer_context_impl_mojolpm_fuzzer` to use
mojolpm::ToProto instead of manually checking for INSTANCE_NOT_SET,
since ToProto now supports typemapped kinds.

Bug: 507724733
Change-Id: I7f4180a5fa4c366fae257c14a8ec32445d1b5ba6
Cq-Include-Trybots: luci.chromium.try:linux-libfuzzer-asan-rel,linux-libfuzzer-high-end-asan-rel,linux-centipede-asan-rel,mac-libfuzzer-asan-rel,win-libfuzzer-asan-rel
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/7982699
Reviewed-by: Daniel Cheng <dcheng@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Antonio Alphonse <alphonsea@google.com>
Reviewed-by: Giovanni Ortuno Urquidi <ortuno@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: Zhenyao Mo <zmo@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1673459}
NOKEYCHECK=True
GitOrigin-RevId: 475559c919d9d56ca04d1e604be4e63709f313c5
"
